Mike Wallace has worked at T. L. Wallace Construction, Inc. for 33 years. He started out as an Operator, then spent 5 years as a foremen. He spent 15 years as a Project Manager overseeing several large jobs. He currently serves as Executive Vice President.

Britt Ham, Vice President Industrial Division

Britt Ham joined the T.L. Wallace team in 2008. He has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, with the last 10 of those years in heavy civil and industrial work. After graduating in 1989, he immediately began his journey in the construction field. He quickly worked his way into a leadership position, bringing tremendous growth. Britt has an incredible understanding of construction, and holds high standards of honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Ron Smith, Vice President of Disaster Response

Ron Smith joined TL Wallace in 2006 as Director of Residential Real Estate Development and Sales. His experience includes 15 years as Branch Manager for one of the Top Utility Companies in the Southeast. He has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management as well as a Military Background in the US Army. Past duties include Assistant Project Manager in Texas with the FEMA temporary housing program after Hurricane Ike, also Responded to West Virginia on a FEMA temporary housing mission after a disastrous flood. Ron currently serves as Project Manager over the Mississippi Alternative Housing Pilot Program in Gulfport, MS.

Will Noffke has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University and over 45 years in the industry, including 14 years with the Illinois Department of Transportation where he was a design squad leader and project engineer. While with IDOT, he also held the position of Construction Division Computer Coordinator. For the past 31 years, he has worked as a surveyor, project engineer, project superintendent, project manager, and estimator on numerous large projects throughout the Southeastern United States. He presently is Vice President of TL Wallace Construction where he has worked for the last 20 years.

Jamie Ochenrider, Vice President, Asphalt/DBST

Jamie Ochenrider joined T.L. Wallace in 2006 as Vice President in charge of Asphalt Operations. In 2007 he also took on the role of Vice President in charge of the Surface Treatment division. His responsibilities include estimation, project management, job cost analysis, and supervision of jobs for the Asphalt and Surface Treatment division of TL Wallace Construction, Inc. Jamie brings a wealth of experience to the organization having worked in various roles throughout the asphalt industry including Plant Operator, Road Crew Foreman, Q/C manger, and Branch Manager for the Columbia, MS branch of APAC MS, INC.

Joey Reagan, Vice President, Utilities

Joey Reagan has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and 15 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past 15 years he has worked as operator, project superintendant, project manager and estimator. For the past 10 years he has primarily focused on Utility Construction. He is presently Vice President of T.L. Wallace Construction where he has worked for the past 5 years.
