Randall Lambert has been in the Heavy Highway and Bridge industry for 25 years, with a focus on Safety management for the last 6 years. Starting as an entry-level laborer, he has held positions of increasing responsibility working his way up through many types of equipment operations including crane operator, Bridge Foreman, Project Superintendent and his current position as Loss Control/Safety Operations Director. This experience encompasses a wide range of construction projects such as major highway and interstate building, utility installations, commercial buildings, asphalt paving, private site work, access roads, and numerous MDOT, State Aid, and LA DOTD DBST projects. |

Durward Dees joined TL Wallace in 2006 as Director of Business Development. His responsibilities also include the marketing and sales of real estate, and public/governmental relations for the commercial division of TL Wallace. Durward brings a wealth of experience to the organization having worked as Regional Account Sales Manager, Major Account Manager, Operations Manager and Corporate Security for several major corporations including United Parcel Service and Waste Management. Durward received his education in clinical psychology from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. |

Susan Bivins joined T.L. Wallace in 2010 as the Director of Pre-Construction Services. Susan has over 25 years of experience in construction management and holds DBIA and LEED Professional Accreditations as well as memberships to United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and Associated General Contractors (AGC). Susan’s responsibilities include identifying suitable projects, ensuring qualifications are met, and scheduling bid day staff. Prior to T.L. Wallace, Susan served as the Operations Manager/Grants Team Leader for Eisman & Russo Engineering in Jacksonville, FL. Susan brings a fresh approach with her drive for success along with her impressive experience . Susan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from the University of North Florida where she graduated Cum Laude. |
![]() Sam Broom, P.E., LEED AP Engineer/Project Manager |
Sam Broom started his background in construction as a Rodman for Dungan Engineering working his way up to inspector by the end of four summers while attending Mississippi State University in the fall and spring and obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2003. He worked for the Mississippi Department of Transportation for four years before joining the T.L. Wallace Team. In the fall of 2007, Sam acquired his Professional Engineering License. While working at T.L. Wallace he has acquired different accreditations and certifications such as, LEED AP, Certified Concrete Plant Inspector, and an ACI Certified Concrete Technician. Day to day, he is responsible for various dirt projects and assists in the estimating process. Sam’s goal is to build successful projects while expanding his knowledge and striving to make T.L. Wallace the best company it can be. |

Dwight Paschal has over thirty-two years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a laborer and continued working as a tradesman for nine years. In 1987, Dwight earned his BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Southern Miss. Then Dwight worked as project manager for W R Fairchild Construction Co., a well respected pile driving subcontractor, where, for seventeen years, he was actively involved in the day to day operation of that company. In 2007, he came on board at TL Wallace as an Estimator/ Project Manager. Currently, he is focusing solely on pile driving and concrete projects. Dwight is very excited about the future of TL Wallace and believes the best is yet to come. |
